Default S2 RST Bodywork resto questions... (Rust related)

Hi all,

Am looking at taking on a Series 2 RST which i know needs a little bit of TLC on the bodywork.

A reasonably thorough check over has shown a few pin prick bubbles on the roof, some rust on the bottom of the doors and a 2p sized 'ring' on the boot...

I'm considering getting the car resprayed and wanted to get some opinions on how much work it'd take to sort the rust issues out as well... Would it be easier to get new doors etc? Can pin pricks be taken out of the roof or does it need reskinning?

Any opinions or info would be appreciated!

Cheers
