Think it's the same as the cossie one 5-10mm spacer nuts and elongated bolts to space out the caliper. It' in p-ford feb 2003 page 60 how to guide

they are very easy to fit just need to make the holes were your caliper bolts on a bit bigger and thats it got a set on mine got the rears on 2
