External wategates and exhaust manifolds where from?

External wategates and exhaust manifolds where from?
All this speak of external wastegates and exhaust manifolds, i'll be the first to admit i know f*ck all about this, like for example if i wanted to stick on a GT 89zzz123 super duper turbo with external wastegate, where would i see about getting a minifold and the wategate from???
