Default escos engine into 2wd

what changes need to be made to an escos engine to fit it in a 2wd?

obvious one is sump, crank pulley looks different but will it still work?

cheers, carl

hi mate, i have an escort cos engine in my 2wd saff, the only things which look different is the head has no provision for the turbo damper (if using a 2wd exhaust manifold) and the head has no temp gauge sender. The wire for the sensor on my car goes down the back of the engine in the direction of the blue coolant sensor.

If you need any more info let me know and i'll speak to the guy who did the conversion...

Dave
