just had a new clutch fitted to my black turbo...now there was a problem inside on the clutch arm/folk or sumut...a bolt had snapped so he drilled and tapped a new hole and put another bolt init, clutch works with no judder but when i take up drive i get this loud werin/buzz type noise.. when im up fully on the clutch it stops until i come down my gears... it comes back slightly like its catching slightly....also when i try to boot it...the engine stops and goes stops and goes...doesnt sound like a misfire. what would happen if a clutch has not been fitted properly????

the bolt isnt too long and catching somewhere is it, do u mean the bolt that goes throught the fork into the gearbox?

 

yeah its in the gearbox itself....he said the clutch folk had to put a new bolt through there....if its too long would it catch slightly???....what would the problems be???....he had a grinder wheel so would have thought he would had grinded it away....also ive noticed another noise when the clutch is not pressed...press it down and it goes...release bearing?? gearbox ?
