On an ERST Series 2..... with adjustable shocks...
is it best to have:
front = soft (or softest)
rear = hardest
or what ?
which is best to get the most grip and put the power down properly...

No one can ultimatly advise as we dont know how you launch, what compound tryes your running, what camber you have etc etc... only you can find whats best for you.

running Toyo T1-S tyres...
i was told read to be set hard as possible the stop the rear end bobbing/dipping making the front loose weigth and spin up easier...
keep the rear as light as possible and as stiff yes ?

Thats a good start
but too stiff on the back and it wont grip as well round corners
You can book a trackday for under £100 now and go and have a play all day with stuff like that
