Default Ford Fiesta Mk6 1.25 to 1.6 Conversion - Cheap & Easy?

Been quite some time since on was on here last but thought someone might know the answer to this question as Google has not proved successful.

I have a 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.25 with a blown engine and I have a very low mileage 1.6 (complete bare head and block) can I just bolt all the 1.25 ancillaries to it and will it run?
I get the feeling it will physically run and work but will it run a bit crappy because of the extra capacity?
This isn't about making it go faster it's just I really do with getting this car work again for someone for cheapest way possible and not spending a penny other than my own time swapping it over would be ideal.

Cheers Rich
And yes I still own the 3 Door
