From EX Auto sparks...now retired 81 years.....you have a earth problem....engine from standard has the negative of the battery going direct to engine..so should be good...but ensure is tight etc...its the body earths that need looking at...your see a thinner lead goes to body from battery..check if all clean / tight...there are main earthing points behind front speakers on the " A " posts as i remember....but to long ago now...wiper motor base another....best i can help hear. .Peter

As above the clock can draw small current..also some after market Alarms.....but only small draws on Battery...main item to kill a battery over night is a leaking Alternator Diode....best way to check unplug the Alternator... you should have then just ..2 / 3 ma amps or less re type of Alarm...with a duff Alternator..up to 7 amps....OAP Pete
