Default Ford Focus 1.8tddi power lose

Hello . I own a ford focus 1.8 tddi 90hp from 2000 that I mostly use as a beater car . My dad owned the car for like 12 years or so , currently having 320k km . The problem I have is that the car loses power all of a sudden , like the turbo is not kicking in, even if I can hear it working . When I start the car it works very well , but after one km it just cuts my acceleration , and the car will run very slow , like I can't even past 120km/h with full throttle. If I stop the engine and then restart it it will work good for another km and then loses power again. I can feel how the acceleration gets cutted .
Any idea ? I have no intake leaks . 4 years ago the pump broke , but I changed it and now I have no problem with the pump . The car run like it is in limp mode . No dash error. Any ideea ?

Hey man i got the exact same issue, same car (1.8 TDDI 90 HP) can't find anything on the internet.
Remanufactured injection pump installed in january, mechanic says injectors look good.
When the car is cold you can feel the turbo kick, once it warms up a little bit it's like the turbo it's gone. I wanted to install an EGR plate but my mechanic thinks it's useless. I think i'm gonna install it anyway once i got some spare time.
When i drive at night i noticed the headlights get dim for half a second and usually around that time the car loses the turbo, it doesn't always happen so it's probably unrelated but could be some pump's electronic module wiring issue? Like a bad ground maybe, i honestly don't know. I can't even use my cheap diagnostic tool because it seems that older diesel Focus models comply to the OBD 1 standard...

Anyway, i don't know what to check, i thought about installing a resistor in the intake air temperature sensor plug located in the intercooler so the car always thinks it's cold, maybe? I read online some people did this mod and gained some performance...
