Default Which 17" tyres for 3 door sierra cosworth.

Just ordered some 17" Compomotive TH1781’S for my 3 door sierra cosworth, they are 17x8 / 4x108 / et35.I don't like the stretched look at all & prefer tyres that are flush or even better wider than the wheel to protect the rim. Would much appreciate some advice on tyre size & make of tyre. Many thanks.

unless your arches are already trimmed its tight

i run pilot 4 s on my saff as they have a decent sidewall so visually look a little wider

205/40/17 front and 215/40/17 rear will go on without any issue at all.. problem on 3doors is the front bumper and splitter as some of them the front wheels are close..

my brother runs goodyear f1 and pirelli pzero there both excellent tyres like..

we run them tyres ive talked about in 205/40/17 and 215/40/17.. i also run toyos in 18s never had any trouble from them and grip is good
