Default Sapph Reverse-Lift Gearstick Part - Help!

Hi All,
The part that you lift to enable reverse to be selected on my 92 Sapph 4x4 has today decided to crumble, it has literally just fallen to pieces, the rubber has just perished by the look of it - any idea where I can get a new one? Are they still available, imagining it's not a Cosworth specific part perhaps? Don't even know what the part is actually called! Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
DW.

Looks like a well made part and a "normal "price without the Cossie tax!!

Thanks, yes looks spot on! Next problem.........getting the gearknob off! I've tried twisting both ways, pulling, all sorts, won't budge - any ideas? Feels like I'm gonna break the rubber, which is the last thing I want to do but it just seems solid?

Tried to post a link to Youtube but it wouldn't let me,
Search Youtube for,, sapphire cosworth gearknob removal,,

There's a video of exactly what you want to do.

On my 2wd Saff the gear knob unscrewed anti-clockwise. I am wondering if someone had a problem with yours in the past and has glued it on? I hope not . Tricky problem as you don't want to break it as finding another one could be very hard.
