Default Cosworth coolant hose diagram

Hello, I am looking for some help , I am looking for a coolant hose diagram as I’m trying to rebuild a Sierra with a cossie engine in and don’t have all the parts, also I didn’t take it apart , any help would be appreciated, thank you

Thank you, I did find that diagram, there’s a metal pipe that seems to run along the bottom of the radiator, is that for a cosworth?

Yes, 2 different types though...2wd is a straight pipe with 2 mounting points and the 4x4 type with 3 mounts and a 90⁰ bend in.

Shown in red - it sits level/below the bottom of the radiator.

early 4x4 sapphires also had a straight pipe, my one was a 90 4x4 and pipe was straight, the later sapphires had subtle differences with pipe work, such as the power steering, early 4x4’s had the ‘piggy tail’ pipe whereas later sapphires had iirc a part metal/part hose pipe which was quite long, pipe was the same part for escort Cosworths

Default Coolant hose

I’m still trying to get my head around the coolant hose routing, I have 2 ports coming off thermostat housing, is this the wrong housing? Does one go to the turbo? Which one goes back to the header tank? Thanks
