Hi all . new here , so i bought a while back a RS1800 ford fiesta and have slowley been putting it back on the Road , this is a 72000 mile genuine car with a full dealer service , the last job i had to do was fit a new clutch as it was totally worn, now the clutch is in and works , but the peddle is all the was up and past the brake pedal , which is too high,
My question is how do i get it to go lower as i though these were self adjusting?

Used to be a conversion that used a pedal from a late Escort to convert it to an adjustable cable.

Been so long since I've worked on a mk3 Fiesta to remember about the cltuch ratchet, if there's a stop on the pedal etc.
