Default Injector??
Hi guys. Have a 2.0 focus st 62 plate. I have fuel getting into the oil. Been told this could be a faulty injector.. or an issue with the fuel pump.. any ideas??

test them and see ?

or send them to be tested.

No, it is unlikely to be an issue with the fuel pump

These do have a mechanical high pressure pump on the engine.

Is there such a thing of an intermittent faulty injector?? Engin light comes on for few days then clears its self then comes back on.. coughs, stalls, smells of fuel when light is on. Could it b a MAF sensor??

Need the codes reading especially if you've had an EML on. Does the oil smell of fuel?

Well if the CEL is on, scan it and see why.

Don't start firing a parts cannon, it's idiotic.

Test.

As above, the most important part about any repair is finding the fault, get codes read first
