Default Has anyone used Jamsport in Northampton?

Hi guys I’m new to the forum so hello all.
Anyway I have a fiesta rs turbo that needs an engine rebuild, I’m based in Bedford and was wondering if anyone has used Jamsport in Northampton before?

never used them personally but i have seen some of there 'work' first hand and was less than impressed, dont get me wrong they have done some good stuff down the years but id avoid them going off what ive seen and on top of heard.

tbf the cvh engine isnt a hard engine to rebuild at all so any competent engine shop would be able to do the work ( i used a local old school engine shop for all my machine work etc then we built the engine up ourselves one winter).

you could give Andy at AL Developments a shout his work is brilliant i can speak first hand on that and so could rsmat off here

Jamsport in their day were great, however with fame came poor quality workmanship and terrible customer service exactly the same with SCC in St Albans , totally up to each person to make their decision but I personally would look elsewhere and avoid these 2
