Default Cosworth YB ported head help

My mate has managed to get a good used Cosworth head for his engine build. It’s been ported but don’t know who did it and to what spec.
i have heard people talk about 25mm inlets and 26mm exhaust ports? Where do I take these measurements from and what would be a good 500/600bhp port size.
also if anyone where can we get some valve collect/keepers from as he’s missing a few from the inlet and exhaust.

I assume burtons would sell the collets etc?

re the measurements I guess it would be at either end of the ports - at the valve and where the manifold meets?
