Default Best sounding road car ever

I think I've stumbled across the best sounding road car, imo anyways.
Ferrari V12 with custom exhaust I've never heard a road car sound so close to an F1 car 😮😮

As much as some of the big Italian stuff can sound great....Audi Quattro is still hard to beat ( maybe not so much in standard form though )

It's the high pitch scream of a V12 for me mate, pure orchestra I love it

They've made one that revs to 9500 rpm now 😮😮

this video shows the best sounding one I can find, says straight ipe exhaust but in reality Im guessing it's the decat pipe making it sound that way

A simular sound for a lot less cash is the old V10 BMW M lumps with aftermarket exhausts, allways been a fan of them.

As much as I love the sound of that M5 it's nowhere near close to the F1 sound like the Ferraris are mate.

Those f140 engines best sounding engine around imo

I love the sound so much I've tried to buy an n largo f12 that's for sale in the UK but I just couldn't get to a sensible price sadly, owner wanting far more than the car is worth

So I've made an offer on this

Totally standard car, low miles with all the options I would want.
I think it's just decat needed for that screaming F1 sound, want a super GT so thought sod it let's buy a badge for the first time

Very nice, hope your offers accepted.

Have the F12s got the bypass valve sytem in the exhaust? Which can be tinkered with to always stay open?

Don't know the ins and outs , but is it an approved Ferrari sale car? Can you pay and add the power15 warranty to it? As that seems well worth doing from what ive read.

Yes they have standard exhaust flaps that open in race mode and TC off
Will try stock exhaust first and see how I go, don't want it silly loud though as gtr is silly loud and gets on my tits on a longer journey 😂🤣
1 year Ferrari warranty is all part of the deal, I'm just waiting to hear if offer been accepted, warranty is Ł4k a year though !
I think I'd rather save that Ł4k a year as will soon build a pot for repairs at that rate 🤣😂
It's very low mileage as it is under 7000 and il not do many so shouldn't be any major issues for a long time hopefully.

Fair enough, tho some of the story ive read on pistonheads and there warrenty claims, makes it seem a safe bet to have.

Ive also seen a mates bill from a Lambo specialist, for a broken gearbox tooth on a low millage car

Yeah I'm getting warranty in the price, my offer was accepted, what was bill on the lambo mate ?

I'd likely get JM imports for an engine or gearbox repair as they built my 1600 hp gtr front to back and it's perfect 👌👌

lets not forget though, you'd be talking about incompetent dealers too.

The probably just replaced the entire trans, as I really doubt anyone would ever let them disassemble and rebuild something like that. Dealers tend to change oil/filters if you're lucky, and wash cars.
In depth knowledge and repairs....not so much. There would be very very few skilled and competent mechanics within the dealer network.

I’ve been driving the Lexus ES 300h https://kyiv-west.lexus.ua/ua/avtomobili/es-300h/ for a few weeks now, and it’s been an absolute joy. The fuel efficiency is outstanding for a luxury sedan, and the hybrid system works flawlessly, giving me great mileage without sacrificing performance. The interior is plush and extremely comfortable, making every drive feel special. Plus, the attention to detail in the craftsmanship is exactly what you’d expect from Lexus. If you’re looking for a stylish, eco-friendly car that doesn’t compromise on luxury, the ES 300h is a fantastic option!
