Default Mk1 RS Focus side skirts.

Does anyone know if the Mk1 Rs Focus side skirts were also glued down with a black adhesive along the top of the sill from factory? as she doesn't look like she's ever had any work done underneath as it's all looking like a factory finish.
I'm just going to be cutting out the bottom of the rear arch/sill area as there is the start of bubbling on both sides.
She's a well looked after 67k

I had a ST24 with a factory RSAP kit that was attached with a black rubber type sealant. Similar era of car so sounds plausible.

Cheers mate, yeah I did wonder if it was from factory as you could see it wasn't just done by a mastic gun as it's about an inch wide with combed edges but was just checking to see so I would reinstate again once the welding and paintwork are finished.
