If anyone is living in or around Gloucestershire and looking to get any 5 cylinder work done, shimming, etc, please be very aware of a pair of individuals operating on a cash only basis out of Stroud. David Sharpe and his “mechanic” Jason. Both have been doing work on Volvos under the name of Snabb UK up until earlier this year. Promising the earth on fully forged builds and maps from a well renowned tuner but then not supplying said maps/builds but charging out for them. So many issues to get into but pointless. Just avoid if you want to retain your sanity!

Given the Ford/Volvo crossover and David’s lack of real world other options, it would stand to reason he/they would take a punt on ripping off a few unsuspecting Ford owners.

If you see anything coming up for sale in Stroud/Cheltenham just be very, very wary if you get asked about build work under the guise of a parts sale……..
