I’m looking for some advice as YouTube has failed me!
I want to know what the options are for creating custom door cards from scratch to put more than 1 set of speakers in what’s best to use, wood? Fibreglass? Etc and how easy is it to make and fit to the door
ive had to remove the door cards as they were completely knackered from swelling cracking and warping etc

 

Hi dependn what your after its not easy to build full custom door cards. your best off trying to build onto what you have already buy mdf rings off ebay set it out how you want etc then you cover full door card in say bed sheet pulled tight and fixed via glue or staples or both then you need to paint pull thing in resin once hard you can glass fibre parts for more support then its alot of body filler and sanding job should be good
