3 years ago I took a MK2 Focus ST3 into SCC for stage 2 remap like many did and still do with a new turbosmart actuator and silicon hose turbo to crossover, anyway they said hose from AS did not fit so paid bill for remap and actuator set up and left, got no more than 1/4 mile away from SCC and car felt like shit rang them and said Im bringing it back as its now horrible and somethings wrong to be told over phone dont do that as we are booked for next 2 wks so cant look at it , WTF I thought so managed to get home running like a donkey and took car to Auto Specialists another day to resolve issues as could not wait, they found actuator was not set up right and silicon hose they said did not fit actually fitted perfect, I know you think why post now after 3yrs well a mate recently took his 2.5 S Max into SCC for a remap and poss new map sensor he was told it should be ready next day as he needed car for a weeks family trip, then next day for some reason they said ecu got damaged and had to be taken for repair as car will no longer start guessing they dropped it, bear in mind car was needed for trip so then said to my pal sorry nothing we can do as its now friday, mate had to hire a car for the weeks trip then goes in to collect his car on return and SCC offered no apology nor any discount at all for their work, and basically stood there hand out waiting for payment, Customer service was shocking for me and as my pal found out 3 yrs later was same for him, if SCC ST ALBANS dont like this post then tough titty .

in my part of the world not many tuners around in ford scene so personally thought it may have been a 1 off with my car but when they did it again lightning does strike twice

Rob may well be a nice person but SCC and whomever in his company I have dealt with treated me badly 3 yrs ago and now my very good friend has just been treated the same and this is fact
