Hi Guys. Anyone had the same issue as on my other half's 55 plate ford focus petrol.
Battery light comes on together with loss of speedo. I don't think the battery is failing, it's only 18 months old, and got us back from a 2 hour 40 minute drive with the ignition light on. When we got home, I tried to start it on the drive and it just about started. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

 

go to a mechanic who can test and probably remove/replace the alternator and/or battery etc.
