i used to have one exactly the same that i used as 2nd car, and a donor car,
but she went to car heaven when cambelt snapped, was going to throw a 1.6 in
but it needed brakes and wheel bearings too, only bought it for 50 quid
so did not loose ought on it

In the 2nd pic down, there seems to be a very wierd lookin naked man stood outside your bay window behind the bushes. Then further down. . . . . he's gone ! ! ! Bit freaky that mate.

Many thanks for posting on my RS1800 thread. Anyway Nice one mate, keep going(Even if it takes a lifetime), them escorts are worth their weight in gold when lovingly restored. My grandad had one and I remember washing it on alot of afternoons back in the early nineties. Brings back memories
