K plate Cosworth rear arch replace and repair

Hi i am not sure am posting on the correct page but i am hoping someone will tell that i am a dim wit i am after anyone that has replaced the rear arches on a sapphire as i have at long last taken my K plate Cosworth out of its storage and now plan to work ( Lots And Lots of Work ) and would like anyone's heads up on problems or tips of the best way or correct way of starting this job

Back of sills which meets arch will probable be shot also

Not a Sierra, but this guy has some excellent fabrication skills, and lots of photos of stuff including old Fords.

And he's way up in Orkney !
