Default Focus mk2 cut out while driving

Hello, i am having some issues with my 2006 focus mk2 1.6tdci. While driving the engine cut's out the glow plug light flashes with the oil and check engine lights on, i turn the car off, if i try to start it up right after the incident it will crank but will not start. If i leave it for a while it will start and work perfectly fine. i took it to a mechanic, he changed the camshaft and crankshaft sensor, still the problem persists he checked the instrument cluster in the dashboard and it still does this. This all happened after i changed it's alternator. could it be cause when the first alternator broke it shorted something inside the car? Has anybody else experienced this?

So I was driving my 2007 Center 1.6 TDCI (98000miles) and keeping in mind that it was as yet chilly, it kind of fizzled and afterward when I halted at the lights (still cool) it passed on. Beginning it several endeavors. I attempted to repeat earlier today and couldn't get it to do likewise. What could this be identified with? I had eliminated the DPF, cleared the EGR, and as of late supplanted injector seals, radiators, grip and driving rod pulley. I likewise dosed a jug a few fuel fill ups prior. The solitary thing which struck a chord is an obstructed fuel channel since the current one is moving toward the 10k imprint. I realize everybody says that this ought to be changed each 10K or 1 year (and that is the thing I'm arranging this week or the following) yet Portage really say it very well may be changed like clockwork so I get it cannot be a result of that? Oil (and channel) is moving toward 5K miles so I'm changing that also. I have not had any blunder codes aside from "overboost condition" which I have had for a couple of months and wanting to clean the super vanes. Any considerations on this one?
