Default MK3 Fiesta with CVH 1.6 engine compression low in 2 cylinders.

Smoke coming out the back too, what is the best thing to do?
C1 - 110
C2 - 120
C3 - 155
C4 - 150

Could this be pistons or HG? What is the best way to troubleshoot?

I did not do the engine swap but would a zetec drop straight in?

Could be valves /pistons, if head gasket the reading would be less.
leak down test required

May change the head gasket anyway car is smoking so need to change the seals. While i am doing that how can i check the pistons?

Also, the car does not have any coolant hoses going to the heater core, how would i route the cooling hoses into the cabin?
