Default Rear centre seat belt removal

Hi all,

I am needing to replace my rear centre seat belt on my 2014 Ford Focus MK3 5 door as the webbing is torn.

Wondering if this is actually possible without doing more damage than good to the leather seats. Looking at the seat belt retractor it is positioned inside the seat but I can't for the life of me figure out if it is accessible.

Has anyone removed and replaced previously or have any ideas on how best to access?
