Default Saff sills

Now that I've got to sort out my sills, that have turned to just a pile of brown dust, has anyone got any pics of a replacement, orientation or general hints ant tips please?
Just need an idea of what the setup is, before I get the grinder out? 👍👍
Under the impression there's inner and middle sections behind the outers?

I dont know if these pics will help but this is how my sills were replaced. I just hope your inner sills haven't gone either.

Thanks mate, I'll check it when I can hopefully borrow a cutting tool off my mate...
Think the inners have started to go, but the section where the inner sill trim cover screws into still looks sound. Fingers crossed!! Lol
