Default RS Turbo s2 sequential gearbox options?

Hello all.

I am currently in the process of building a series 2 rs turbo, and am really interested in a quickshift/sequential box. I know Quaife do one for the IB-5 Gearbox on the fiesta st170s,but was wondering if anyone knew if any were made to mate to the 1.6 CVH engine?

thanks in advance!! 😆

Not that I've ever seen. There are the Hewland straight cut dog boxes floating about (good luck finding one tho) but other than that people tend to go BC->iB5->MTX

Mate of mines got one in a S1 Turbo, but that’s mated to a Honda S2000 VTEC engine

Holinger sells two transverse sequential gearboxes. They come with a bellhousing made to fit the engine and they already have the measurements for the Ford bolt patterns and maybe also for a Zetec/CVH front starter bellhousing.

For the price of one Holinger box you'd probably get nearly three Quaife boxes but the Holinger ones come as 6-speed instead of the 5-speed Quaife boxes and the Holinger ones probably last ten times longer than a Quaife one.
