Ford Focus first gen - service (oil)
I have a Focus 2004 first gen which needs a service (over due).
The oil ive been using is Mobil Super 3000. Theres been no issues with that (the 3-4 times that ive topped it up). I know they say go by the manual or as long as it meets specs.
Are there any mechanics on here that work for Ford (if so) that know which engine oil Ford uses when servicing?
(Ford doesnt always like to give out part numbers)
Also, would the price of roughly £300 sound alrite for a Major service - Extra for air con re-gas & coolant change?
(Apologies is many others have asked previously)
Thanks

The Ford dealers I worked at usually used 5/30 Ford oil in bulk, I think but don't quote me it's actually Castrol oil.
I'm a bit out of date with pricing but I guess thats London rates so probably not too bad?
Ring around...
