Default quick question,, displayed and actuall price paid help????

i purchased an item over the internet... the total price when purchased was quoted as £50..

when the item was recieved the bill recieved with it was £73 which was charged to my credit card..

now i was not informed at any time of the price change before i recievied the items

where do i stand to be refunded the extra they charged me???

Firstly ask then whee the extra charges have come from and let them explain away, maybe its p&p or something like that. If your not happy then speak to your credit card company and get the difference refunded back to you as you never authorised the amount took...

But make sure you speak to them first as if you dont pay for the good in full, you dont own them!

As per Nath really, plus do you have any supporting documents - email confirmation of order/price, invoice (at time of ordering) ?

e mailed them.. they came back saying that what i ordered was for many aplications but the ones i needed were more.. and apoligised for not informing me of the charges..

i have a e mail with the quoted price...

replied again stating that the took more than i authorised when ordering... will see what they have to say back!!!
