Default esc cos not running rite?

when i start it up its reving at about 2000rpm now when i plug out the plug on the vacum at the throttle it sits at 1000rpm but it wont take the boot either way just keeps dying ( not cutting out tho ) now the only thing i changed when putting everthing back together was put on blitz dump valve and fitted group a coil. could either of these be the problem
