my rev counter reads twice the correct engine speed since a complete build
can anyone advise me where its fed from and what I can do to rectify this

 

The Rev counter is fed from "Pin 1 " of the Silver engine ECU , wire colure green, Check the Dash itself has a good earth...colure wire "Brown" at Dash itself, , if the car in the past been fitted with a XR3I Distributor [ which ive seen !!", then this will not be compatable, RS Turbo use "Hall effect" 3 wire distributor, with amplifier all built into the ECU. just a thought.....Peter
