Starting at the crank working anti clockwise. The belt runs over the guide pulley, back of belt on this smooth pulley. Then round the alternator (ribbed side) from the alternator it goes around the guide that's below the power steering pump, again smooth side of belt around the guide pulley. From the guide around the power steering pump and down and under the tensioner back to the crankshaft pulley.

To recap if the pulleys are smooth the belt runs on the back side.

The tensioner will be spring loaded.
