need to drain £45 of fuel ,suspension collapsed after I put in , may scrap so want to retrieve fuel , on fuel line push connect fitting in and out of component , I was told to connect to this drain pipe and turn ignition to point one and pump it out but the flow at that point stopped unless engine is running , engine will not get fuel to run anyway if disconnected .any clue welcome please. will try upload picture later of connections I speak of thanks

As far as I know threre is no lift pump in the tank so this method will not work, if you are going to scrap it just drill a hole in the tank and drain it out that way.

Or use a pump on one of the lines..
