Default Focus st p0300 random/multiple misfire

Hi guys,bit of advice..

My headgasket went last week, and I've had it repaired with modblock, usual gaskets, skimmed head,rs spark plugs, timing belt ect

Also seems fine and runs as it should, picked it up today but ive got a misfire as it hunts Low down every now and again and just before 3krpm it will splutter under load..then be fine as the revs increase?

Had the code read today with my dsci controller..drives absolutely fine under normal driving conditions put hunts every now and again on idle and can hear the engine missing under hard load misfire like hitting the limiter..

The liners were Inspected once the head was off,and non were cracked so we proceeded with the block mod..
I've got a brand new boost sensor to go on but could it be maf or map sensor? its been back to the garage and they cant tell or find anything wrong with it. Without throwing ££££ at it

Code is:
P0300:Random/multiple cylinder missfire detected

Any advice were to start would be brill
