16 inch wheels on a 3dr
Hi Guys
I have not been on here for ages.
Question i have is im looking for a set of 16 inch split rim wheels for a 3dr but dont want them to scuff the arches. So if anyone can point me in the right direction as to what the ET setting should be to fit properly and without scrubbing or having to modify the car or arches at all would be great, and also if anyone has any of the said items for sale.
Any advice appreciated
Thanks
Paul

same question here. Looking to replace original wheels but don't want to modify or damage the arches. Any help with tyres, diameters, offsets etc would be greatly appreciated. sorry to op for hijacking the thread.
It will depend on the width of the wheel and what size tyre you want to run. In general you need ET35-40 on a Sierra. Original is ET40, but with aftermarket wheels most go to ET35.
i was considering 17" . et35, either 7.5 front and back or 7.5 front with 8.5 rear. tyres either 215 35 17 or possibly a 40 profile. Anyone have experience of such sizes. Suspension is standard and if at all possible i dont want any arch mods
