Default Advice needed please - Ecoboost 2.0L ST engine coolant

Hi there chaps and chapeses, after a bit of advice from the colective.

While I''m new here, I've been a life long term Ford man over the years with a Kuga Vignale with us now, all looking good so far, as its on the govenmnet mobility scheme for my kid........1.5L Ecoboost.

The question I have actually relates to my actual pashion, which is a "'Westfield Sport 250'' kit car that I built in 9 months, and am having absoluly massive fun driving and maintaining.

The thing that I'm after is to find out the correct type of coolant I should be using?

It came up when a buddy of mine, also a ford man, was asking me about the coolant I'm using and was surprised when i told him it was the ''blue'' stuff from the local Halfords, which was the same as what WF supplied with the kit.

What I'm keen to find out is from people here is something commonly used by people who know what they are doing with high performance cars and ST engines, A] Am I going to extend the life of my engine B] Will I improve the cooling, which is a bit of an issue,

Had a quick scout arround, but though this would be a better aproach to ask for some help?

So a big thanks in advance
Steve
