Shipped over from Finland an active world rally car which up to January 2018 was actively participating in rallys. The car is quite a famous car driven by Francois Delecour and finishing 3rd in the Belgium Condroz-Huy rally and what its most famous for finishing fourth in Delecours hands at the Monte Carlo rally. Officially the car has 9 official outright wins.

Thought I should update this!

The cars been at Tommy Fields for a good while now. Long story short the chap I bought the car off royally had me over! The car had issues the xtrac gearbox being only 4 speed along with other running issues. the chap told me to take the car to Tommy Field to rectify any problems and he’d pay for it. He used to use Tommys engines and had flown him over for rallys etc. So clear it all with Tommy he checks with the chap also the cars dropped off. tommy diagnoses all the problems sends the box off to his guy up at m sport. Obviously when hes informed of the bills and invoices then the chap goes completely quiet! The joys of buying a car abroad. So we’re now sorting the car out and sorting it out properly. Engine rebuilt head upwards, gearbox rebuilt, front diff sorted, converting the car from gravel setup to tarmac with custom reigers custom springs etc, all the underside and adjustable eyelits rusted solid. I cant even remember the long long lost of bits it needs. Also changing the turbo to an efr jobbie just for abit more power Its been a lengthy and costly process which should be now finally completed shortly!
