Has anyone ever dismantled one as I can’t see how they come apart?

also looking for similar replacement if I can’t repair the original so looking at what available.

 

Admittedly not familiar with a Saph horn specifically but pretty much all Ford horns (and all car horns in general) just have the outer plastic bonded to the metal frame. Some come apart easier than others. A bit of heat should soften it up enough to split.

 

I have stripped the disc type before but unsure about these?
