Need help, I found a person selling a NEW Ford anti roll bar that he says is a Cosworth, looks correct, right diameter. The stickers are to torn to ID original numbers, but he gave me the stamp number off the arm itself...H1 B21.

Thanks..I just wish there were enough number to use. Only got the stamped ones on the bar. Does it help at all, maybe its a 4X4 arm?

 

The Sapph 4x4 ARB is stamped H24. What diameter is yours, 26, 28 or 29 mm?

Yes they are. But standard Sierra’s also had 28 mm ARB’s, just like the Granada mk3, but I have no idea on the codes for those.

 

Do all Cosworth ARB's have the coarse tread(M16x2.0) like this one on top, the bottom bar is fine thread and 28mm all the way to the end.

 

All the ARB’s I have seen, either Cosworth or standard, had coarse thread.

 

Could someone tell me the measurements from the tip of threads down to the shoulder? Trying to determine how much has either rusted away or been ground to correct caster. And if the 2wd and 4wd have different lengths. Pic for reference

The 4x4 one is longer, the front wheels sit 6mm further forward than on the RWD version.
