89 Sierra xr4x4 headlight water jets constantly on

Hey lads

My water washer jets on my headlights are constantly on. Had to remove the the 30amp fuse to stop .
Does anyone know the problem

do you know which relay? Is the window wiper and headlight wipers the same relay do you know ?
