Hi guys, can anyone tell me what starter motor i need as the car is fitted with a 1800cc zetec bottom end.
Will standard cvh RST fit?

 

CVH starter will be fine but a nice upgrade is a transit connect diesel starter.

Cheaper are available from the look of it but I had one from these guys and it was faultless and is still going strong on another car.

 

Ok cool as long as it fits then i think i will go with the one in link,does it need modding at all to fit do you know?

 

Possibly a new connector for the trigger wire. I can't remember to tell the truth it was that long since I fitted mine. Only sold it as it wouldn't fit a FRS gearbox with rear starter.
