Default Please help fiesta rs turbo efi running problem

First post for years so apologies for going over old ground. I have owned my fiesta RS Turbo for six years Last year I brought her out of the garage and
I noticed my fuel pump was saying on continuous with ignition on. Sounded n smelt rich She Never done this before. After chasing the problem around I took the fuse box off checked all relays, fuses, wiring nothing was obvious. Bought a replacement ofab ECU from eBay pluged that in and the fuel pump was working again three second prime. Hoooray!!-not, Since fitting that ECU the car would then not rev up Would only cough and splatter over fuelling and would only tic over lumpy, black plugs car smells rich n smoking. I have done a compression test with all cylinders the same.
Now recently the fiesta doesn’t run I have noticed I have really weak spark on all four cylinders, I am assuming this is my problem. I have changed the ECU for a secondhand ofab unit, EDIS4 module, map sensor, potentiometer, crank position sensor, coil pack, fuel pressure regular, injectors and I
have fitted a fuel pressure gauge.
i have all old parts when I try fit them back it still won’t fire up.
I have a multimeter but a bit of a novice with it. Any help please please please get back to me. I appreciate anything that might help breath some life back into her for the summer. Thanks in advance!!
