Default Fiesta rs turbo weak spark 12 month nightmare

First post for years so apologies for going over old ground. I have owned my fiesta RS Turbo for six years Last year I brought her out of the garage and
I noticed my fuel pump was saying on continuous with ignition on. Sounded n smelt rich She Never done this before. After chasing the problem around I took the fuse box off checked all relays, fuses, wiring nothing was obvious. Bought a replacement ofab ECU from eBay pluged that in and the fuel pump was working again three second prime. Hoooray!!-not, Since fitting that ECU the car would then not rev up Would only cough and splatter over fuelling and would only tic over lumpy, black plugs car smells rich n smoking. I have done a compression test with all cylinders the same.
Now recently the fiesta doesn’t run I have noticed I have really weak spark on all four cylinders, I am assuming this is my problem. I have changed the ECU for a secondhand ofab unit, EDIS4 module, map sensor, potentiometer, crank position sensor, coil pack, fuel pressure regular, injectors and I
have fitted a fuel pressure gauge.
i have all old parts when I try fit them back it still won’t fire up.
I have a multimeter but a bit of a novice with it. Any help please please please get back to me. I appreciate anything that might help breath some life back into her for the summer. Thanks in advance!!

How have you deemed the spark to be weak?

Hi Martin. Well I was having what I thought to be weak spark on cylinders 1 and 4 comparing it to 2-3. I’m only seeing a visual difference in a black dark garage. But now they all seem to look very week compared to what they did when running. Having sed that there is defiantly a spark there.

What is the supply voltage to EDIS?

Supply is 12.8v with ignition on (11.8v when cranking) pin 8 if I’m correct.

That sounds fine, I'm wondering if it's something related to the two cylinders.

That is to say coil packs for example are two coils in one (hence the name) and fire two cylinders each.

I am not familiar with the EDIS setup, what are the cylinders with the weak spark?

It’s running rough as guts on tick over. Seems to be not that much worse if I remove lead 1 or 4. If i remove 2 or 3 it cuts out. Weirdly if I change ecu for another ofab I have it runs perfectly on idle but will not rev up. Coughs n splutters. Yet my original ecu runs rough idle but will rev up..
Also can anybody tell me if this is normal- I can unplug my map sensor, pedentiometer, air temp sensor and it makes no different to running, as in still rough n the engine tone don’t change.
