As I can see you are overflowing with replies, I might aswell clutter the thread with my 2 pennith

Anyhow, my 4X4 has AVO coilovers, deflex bushes all round (including the inner and outer rear arm) a Mike R Gra A type front strutt brace, and sparco rose jointed rear brace and I think it handles pretty well (thats running et38 7.5x17 Comp MO's).

Mine is only used on the road and I used to do about 280 miles a week in it, and I didnt find it too hard or uncomfortable at all.

I am sure others will advise something else but it seems to work for me.

Whichever ones you go for, make sure you get the correct spring rates .

wooo hooo replys!!!!

Cheers peeps, all it is is imneeding coilovers for the 18'' comps and was unsure weather its worth spending the 1500 quid needed for the bilstien ones.

The AVO's are gona do the job fine as they worked ok on my escort, but dont wana be fooking around with them all the time

The big question is do i go for 17's now and keep my koni's for this year i do i go for coilovers and 18's

I've got AVOs on mine, and 18" Compomotives.

Go for the rates Mike suggests - in fact, you may as well get them from Mike.
