STOLEN TODAY
My mates 3dr nicked off his drive in Wokingham sometime today
Keep an eye our for any bits that come
up such as a 6 degree beam nice clean rebuilt gearbox and diff.
Was wearing a set of 17" Hockenheims when it disappeared.
As you may know it's quote a well known car that was on the front cover of last years Fast Ford calendar so hopefully will be easily spotted. Please share where you can.
I've seen this car couple of times such a lovely motor.
Absolute scumbags.
Its rife at the moment mate at work had his Maserati nicked off his drive last month
That’s how blazay these fuckers are now, old shit box transit with shit hanging off it everywhere just asking to be pulled and they have a stolen cossie on the back
Surely if that photo was taken today the Police must be able to track it down!!! How the fuck did they manage to open it and get it on their shit trailer without someone thinking it looked dodgy? Broad daylight as well? Hope the Police catch the scum before its hidden away and stripped for parts.

People don’t give a fuck sadly. Good friend of mine had his 3dr in a council garage. He fell out with them over a payment and they changed the locks to make him pay. We went round drilled the locks out on a Saturday day time over looked by houses. Pulled the car out and towed it to his new garage. No one batted an eyelid
MF02 NPJ comes back as a transit. Untaxed and sorned.
photo was taken by a passer by about 3 miles from where it went missing from at about 12pm yesterday.
The material you can see shoved under the front is the remains of the car cover that was on it. My guess is the cover must have come adrift and he had to stop and sort it out
It wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t spotted by the police! While on their way to Mc Donald’s for breakfast so couldn’t be bothered, let’s face it there’s nothing suspicious about an expensive classic on the back of a pikey van with bits of car cover shredding off of it! That is the problem with a lot of people, they are to either to shy, to frightened or to worried that they may upset someone if they interfere!!! Pity there was no Police about as the Transit van would have come up on their ANPR. Hope the rumour that its been found is true.
Hopefully they are caught and beheaded. It's something that really needs brought back into society, both for thieves, general scum and politicians. Public guillotine PPV every month or so ? Bound to get good ratings ?
And whilst no means of security is perfect especially for those types, every little helps. Trackers are so cheap these days. Of course they are not perfect or infallible, but they might help.
In all honesty would you want to actually try and stop a pair of pikeys where you suspect that they have a stolen Cossie on the back of their van. They would have tools to steal a car and although every bloke in the world thinks he is a champion race driver, demon in bed and can fight like Jean Claude Van Damme you would most likely get a tyre iron wrapped around your head if you actually tried to stop them....so, what do you do?, phone the police to say that a scruffy van has an old car on the back and that looks odd??? Follow it, then do what?
We have had around 8 to 10 smash and grab cash points stolen in the last 12 months, always at night, stolen transit, stolen digger and the Police seem unable to find this organised team. The thieves even do a fake break in first somewhere local to get the Police out there whilst they hit the real target. The shops had bollards and the machines were actually in the walls of the buildings.
It seems crime is all too easy these days and things like trackers, ANPR do nothing.
I deeply hope the owner gets their car back and the thieves get their down fall but I suspect the car is already in bits or on its way to a new identity or another country.
If its in Shinfield area I would be looking for that Pete B*******e bloke as he is known for this stuff and from the area
Can someone seriously be "known" for theft like this and still get away with things like that? I suppose they can....A local girl here had all her riding stuff stolen, she then found a local pikey blatantly advertising her stuff for sale and the Police were not interested in the slightest, she couldn't find anyone handy enough to go get it either.
Its a disgrace Toby - i really feel for Jim as he a lovely and genuine helpful bloke
Yes, it is. I don't know the bloke but based on the pics I suspect this is a significant part of his hobby and life and it will be a quick buck for the thieves but a lifetime of memory and hurt for Jim. Lets face it a clearly stolen Cossie will not actually sell for all that much in terms of profit to be shared between all the scum involved after all the people in the chain have had their noses in the troughs.
I spoke with the owner this morning as he is a pal of mine and sadly the car has not yet been recovered. Totally gutting.
What help/feedback has he got from the Police? If it is'nt recovered I hope he had it insured with a proper agreed value? It pisses me off big time that some scumbags think they have the right to steal his pride and joy to make a quick quid!!! I have had my 2wd Saff for 24 years and I know how I would feel if it got stolen.
