St-3 stereo upgrade??
Hi. I have purchased the newer rounder stereo for my mk2 focus. The one I have removed was square and had a screw either side of the middle. The rounded stereo has 4 holes for screws in each corner, yet the actual backing for the dash board doesn’t have screw holes , just 4 voids, is there anyone who can recommend ideas to fit this or has had this trouble before!

There's just a plastic fitting that goes down each side of the dashboard then you screw the radio into this.you,ll need the island shape radio surround aswell.I've both I'll dig a picture out tomorrow

Thanks a lot for the reply guys! Yeh I bought the newer stereo as the CD player was knackered in the prefacelift one. It looks a lot better.
i have purchased little metal push fit gromits to screw into. It seems to have done the job. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
