Ford Fiesta 1.3L 2002 Idle Issue
Hi All, having some issues with my ford fiesta, it's a 1.3L 2002 plate, been told today the engine is possibly the same as they put into the Ford KA.
When the clutch is down/idle the revs will increase to 2500 RPM and drop to 1500 RPM without me pressing anything and this is a continuous cycle so sounds like i want to race the person next to me which clearly isn't the case.
Wondered if this is a common issue / If there are any known fixes?? possible Idle control valve issue??

If it has a idle speed control valve(iscv) I would change this first.
What I've done in the past is took them off cleaned them out with brake CLEANER then let the soak in brake FLUID over night.
