With an ad like that, I'm sure you'll have people queuing out the door to hand over 12k

I often wonder how cars end up with such low miles, one of my 911s was a 1984 on 58,000 when I bought it in 2000 ish....it did not benefit from having done so little and a lot of rubber needed replacing.

Average less than 3000 Miles a year?

Sorry for lack of pictures, will try add some soon, the car has been sat in a garage for 15 years, belonged to an 83 year old hence low mileage, car is immaculate with no paintwork and no corrosion anywhere

I drive my Focus ST every day to & from work & that doe's less than 3000 miles a year, so it is possible that a car can still get used a lot and do low mileage.

Simular here, hence using a V12 for a daily runabout
